RAPPER Young Thug was arrested this morning in Georgia by U.S. Marshals. Young Thug was arrested for carrying out an outstanding warrant for terroristic threats issued by the Dunwoody police department.
It’s said that Young Thug threatened to sot mall security in the face, and that’s what led to the arrest. He was taken in by officers without incident around 6 a.m., and will now be transferred to the DeKalb county jail to await his first court appearance and bond hearing.
The 22-year-old rapper, whose birth name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, was arrested without incident around 6 a.m. at a residence in Sandy Springs, according to Jim Joyner, spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force.
