
Wow this is great freggin news!!!! Looks like the lock out is officially over with. The NBA players and owner have come to some kind of agreement and the games will begin on Christmas day, according to ESPN’s ChrisPalmer The season will start on Dec. 25 and is expected to be 66 games. As of right now NBA owners, players reach tentative deal.
“We’re optimistic … that the NBA season will come to pass on Dec. 25,” Stern said early Saturday.
Hunter said: “We’re going to turn it all over to the lawyers … and see how that proceeds.”
NBA Commissioner David Stern said early Saturday morning that, if the tentative agreement reached between the owners and players is completed and ratified, he is hopeful of having a 66-game season, beginning on Christmas Day.
