Are we really surprised…. Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, was carrying 8 grams of weed — which is okay for personal use under Norwegian law — and fined 12,000 Norwegian Krone ($1,980). He was also fined $8,600 for carrying a large amount of cash over the legal limit. TMZ reported that Snoop was cooperative with cops and quickly paid off the fine in cash. The Long Beach-native was traveling to the country to perform at Oslo’s Hove Festival. He eventually made it to the stage — five hours late. Snoop was previously arrested for pot possession in El Paso, Texas.
