Same Rant, Different Stage: Kanye West Boo’d at Wireless Festival After Going On a 20 Minute Rant

Rant

Kanye West is a depressed and repressed soul, after performing at the wireless festival, he had to bring up racism in the fashion industry right in the middle of his set. He literally paused his performance at the London music event, held at Finsbury Park to preach to the crowd. “Telling the audience: ‘I’m not going to mention any names but… Nike, Louis Vuitton and Gucci. Don’t discriminate against me ‘cos I’m a black man making music.”

He continues:

‘F**k saving face and what it’s supposed to mean, it’s about living my dream.”  People took to Twitter to vent their frustration with the artist, ‘There is a time and a place to get on your soap box @kanyewest and #wireless is not the place.”

Some concert goers left early because they became bored with his rant, towards the end of his speech, the crowd started boo’ing him harder.. They just wanted to hear him perform. Here is rant below:

Why is he so desperate for validation from the fickle fashion industry? What a way to waste your life and energy. I would have boo’d too. I didn’t pay money to hear you talk about the delusions in your mind.

And didn’t Nike give Drake the deal Kanye wanted?

The thing is a rant only works once or twice, after awhile it’s called whining, and no one likes a whining rapper, and no one wants to pay money to see a whining rapper at a concert.

If he would get on stage, do his thing, & give people WHAT THEY PAID FOR, that would be cool. I think that he needs to save the personal stuff like this rant for a psychiatrist, jus’ my opinion. PEACE!!!

I know his people (management, etc) has told him to cut that ish out!! No one wants to hear you moan and groan about the same stuff over and over again. Music is what made him rich and music is what’s keeping money in his pockets, not fashion. If I paid money to hear you perform, that’s what I want, to hear music, not rants.
