While out enjoying the Shops outside the Mercer Hotel, MTv Reality Star “The Hills”, Stephanie Pratt’s boyfriend (who has now been identified as Julien Chabbott, 28), had parked his red Ferrari 458 Spider outside the Mercer Hotel in SoHo around 6 p.m. Saturday when the officer approached to write a ticket, he allegedly refused to take the ticket, got in his car and ran over New York City Cop foot.
The officer is claiming injuries to his right foot and left hand. Which he clearly did himself when he started beating on the car window.
Ummm Mr. Officer you can’t get mad cause Julien Chabbott Money on Another Level(in my Nicki Minaj voice)!!!
