More bad news for Tameka Raymond, the judge overseeing their case has denied her request for a retrial.
Tameka filed docs earlier this month demanding a retrial after Usher was awarded primary custodyof the couple’s two kids. Tameka claimed the judge was biased because they had accepted campaign donations from Usher’s lawyer in the recent past.
This week, that very same judge rejected the retrial motion, claiming it’s “been public knowledge since 2008″ that Usher’s lawyer donated to her re-election campaign. If Tameka cared to look, she would have found out long before her custody trial.
