Mimi sat down with our friends over at the Jasmine Brand to discuss her relationship with Stevie J, and to deny the rumors of him gaining custody of their dughter Eva. She also mentions her new love, that will appear on the next season of Love & Hip Hop ATL. I can’t wait! Check out some excerpts inside.

On what’s currently going on between Stevie J and Mimi Faust, in terms of parental issues:  Unfortunately, the man that I decided to have a child with, is a little bit immature. No matter what I do, it’s never good enough for him. If I have Eva with me, he says I’m keeping her from him. There’s no winning [with me], with him. It’s as simple as that.
On when tension between Stevie and Mimi started, over their daughter: This just started after I just did not want to deal with him anymore. That’s when it really got ugly. It happened when he decided to be w/ Joseline, honestly. You can’t have the both of us. If you want to be with Joseline, then by all means, go do that. You’re not gonna be with me and Joseline. 
On how much time he spends with Eva: Not a lot. He’s always with Joseline. Anytime he’s out, he’s there…he’s never here. Not very much time at all.
On if she’s dating and if viewers will see her date on the new season:  Ummm, yes, I have a friend. Absolutely.

If she watched Love & Hip Hop New York’s new season: I did.
On viewers comparing Mimi to  Tahiry Jones (of Love & Hip Hop NY): I see a similar situation but I wasn’t crying and fighting and all of that over Stevie. Not one time, did I do that. I don’t see the comparisons. Get the full interview here!
