Jay-Z was surrounded by security, commuters and fans as he boarded the R-train in today heading to Brooklyn Barclays Center.

Jay-Z surprised commuters when he popped into the Canal Street station in NYC around 6 pm..

His final stop  Atlantic Ave., Jay-Z walked through the subway breezed up the steps crossed the street  stopping traffic (temporarily)
