Usher was awarded full custody of his two sons earlier this year, which was a huge disappointment to his ex-wife Tameka Raymond. After the decision, Tameka Raymond found out that Usher and the judge had a “special relationship” and accused the ruling “unfair, and justice for sale. “Tameka Raymond’s accusations has probed a full FBI investigation of the judicial system. Tameka claimed that the presiding judge was bias and she may had a very valid point.

Tameka’s attorney, Lisa West, filed a Motion for Recusal, after learning that Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane had a “special relationship” with Usher’s attorney, John Mayoue.  In 2008, Mayoue helped Judge Lane to get reelected.

In September, Tameka Foster-Raymond’s attorney, Lisa West, filed a Motion for Recusal, accusing Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane of bias in light of Judge Lane’s close ties with Usher Raymond’s attorney, John Mayoue, who contributed to Judge Lane’s reelection campaign.  Not only was he on the board of her reelection committee, but his law firm also donated to Lane’s campaign and hosted a fundraising reception that raised thousands of dollars.

In a controversial move in September, Judge Lane awarded Usher Raymond full custody of his two boys, ages 3 and 4. Prior to the ruling he shared custody with his ex-wife Tameka Foster-Raymond.

Causing the investigation, and if Tameka’s accusations are correct, boy Judge Tipton-Lane will be in a shit load of trouble…..
