Cheating??  Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson less than 60 days of marriage is allegedly cheating on his wife WHOA…..

Chad Ochocinco Johnson was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor battery assault on his new wife Evelyn Lozada.  Not because she caught him cheating, (as expected) but because she found receipts for condoms.

Keep in mind Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada were just  married on July 4, 2012 and their wedding is supposed to be part of a VH1 Reality Series that begins in September called Eve & Ocho.

So I also wonder was this staged for more viewers,

Police said a “heated argument” started when Evelyn  found a receipt for condoms in the car.

Johnson told police that he and his wife accidentally knocked heads, that it was an accident, he didn’t mean to head butt her, he meant to choke the shit out of her

Chad will be spending the weekend in jail! Johnson remains in custody and won’t be eligible for release until a bail hearing is set, which could be as late as Monday, Engle said.
