Britney Spears is cleaning house, first X-Factor and now Jason, what just happened? According to TMZ the pair had a “friendly breakup”.

“Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement,” Spears releases in a  statement. “I’ll always adore him and we will remain great friends.”

“The couple got  engaged back in 2011.  Jason Trawick started out as Britney’s agent, the duo started dating  and he eventually became her co-conservator  along with her dad, and sister Jamie Spears. Multiple  sources say that Jason didn’t want to make the announcement until he was taken off the conservatorship….”

Britney recently changed agencies, heading to CAA and that kinda  pushes Jason out from managing her career.”
